The prodigy pianist

Kit Armstrong is regarded as one of today’s leading musicians. A child prodigy himself, he combined his musical studies with a scientific career in chemistry and mathematics. Like Beethoven, he is both a piano virtuoso who has performed with the world’s most eminent orchestras, and a prolific composer, having written over seventy works by the age of thirty.

Kit has a unique and personal vision of the role played by music in today’s society, and of Beethoven’s music in particular. He shares this distinctive view with his artistic partner Jan Caeyers, with whom he spearheads the Beethoven27 project.
